Let it rain
let it pour down
till the clouds are all dry.

Let the clouds come
and cover up the moon
till there is absolute darkness.

Let the thunder be silent
let the lightning be dim
let the winds that blow
take a long recess.

Let it rain
and let it only rain.

For I wish to
alone in this moment
of grief, of loneliness.

So let me be alone
and let me cry

let me sit in the corner
and bear this heart melting pain.
